Stephen Curry inks $63 million extension with Warriors for the 2026-27 season.

Stephen Curry has agreed to a one-year extension with the Golden State Warriors for the 2026-27 season, worth nearly $63 million. Announced Thursday, the deal was first reported by ESPN and confirmed by Curry's agent, Jeff Austin of Octagon. This extension guarantees Curry approximately $178 million over the next three seasons: $55.8 million for this season, $59.6 million for 2025-26, and $62.6 million for 2026-27—the maximum allowed by league rules. By the end of this extension, Curry’s on-court earnings will total about $532 million, second only to LeBron James’ $580 million. At 36, Curry is entering his 16th season with the Warriors, a 10-time All-Star and MVP who also won Olympic gold with Team USA this summer. Last season, he averaged 26.4 points and has a career average of 24.8 points per game.
